Report PDF contents

  1. Cover: subject, reference, purpose, created and completed times, one row per claim with verdict and reason.
  2. FCRA notices: the §613 public-record notice and the Summary of Rights pointer.
  3. One page per primary-source record: source name and code, time checked, verdict, every field check (claimed vs found), the record exactly as the source published it, and the evidence list with SHA-256 hashes.

The PDF is regenerated from stored evidence on every request, so it always reproduces the report as issued. Downloads are written to the audit log. The HTML version is at /report.html. See evidence.
