Your rights under the FCRA

• • You must be told if information in your file has been used against you.
• • You have the right to know what is in your file and to receive a free copy.
• • You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information; we must reinvestigate within 30 days.
• • Inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information must be corrected or deleted.
• • Your consent is required before a report is provided to an employer.
