No licence number (a claimed number is match None). Claimant printed as Provider Contact or in the provider name → verified; home with another contact → discrepancy; organisation otherwise → ambiguous_match. The TDHS Child Care Locator Map (onedhs.tn.gov ServiceNow, reCAPTCHA) renders the same roster. Teachers are TDOE (not covered).
