Search by certification number (6-7 digits, leading zeros) or name + level; grid 10/page then a Select postback for the detail (status, EMSVO, issue/expiration, Administrative Actions Yes/No flag - never auto-failed). No DOB published; name-only >1 hit = ambiguous. Also lists EMR, PHRN, PHPE, PHP, EMSVO, MC Physician.
