Board note: childcare_provider via IL-DCFS-SUNSHINE: DCFS Sunshine 'Day Care Provider Lookup' (ASP.NET WebForms + DevExpress grid). The grid's own search is a DevExpress callback, but the Export button is a plain WebForms POST (GET page → POST with ASPxProviderName + $State JSON, City/County/Zip blank, ASPxButtonExport=Export) answering the filtered grid as 'Daycare Providers.csv' (ProviderID = the 6-digit licence/permit number, DoingBusinessAs, Street, City, County, Zip, Phone, FacilityType DCH/GDC/DCC, Day/Night age range, languages, Day/Night capacity, Status). Name filter = case-insensitive contains; a blank name with the session cookie exports the whole roster (8,506 rows 2026-11-04; cached 1 h, used to resolve a claimed id the name export missed); without the cookie the POST answers a 'Security Exception' page. Statuses: License issued / Permit issued / Amended permit / Pending renewal / Pending address change (active), Pending revocation (active + flag), Refuse to Renew / Surrendered / Revoke License (inactive + flag). Homes (DCH/GDC) are in the person's name → verified on own name, discrepancy for another person; centers (DCC) print no director → ambiguous_match. No expiry, no compliance history exported (Monitoring Report Search is a separate DevExpress grid, not used). Teachers are ISBE ELIS (not covered).
